Summary
The authors review research on several models of traits potentially related to resilience. Some of these models have received a great deal of attention from military researchers; others have received almost none. Sinclair et al. point out that these models share similarities that are not always widely recognized, and they show that each model contributes some unique ideas to the understanding of dispositional aspects of resilience.
