814 Dutch military personnel participated in a study testing how combat exposed Soldiers respond to post-deployment stressful life events, including immune activation measured by cytokines. There was a three way interaction effect of combat stress exposure, cytokine production, and post-deployment stressful life events on change in PTSD symptoms over the first two years after return from deployment.
